OK so mom
laundry? LUCKALLY our house a washing machine !!!
email? we go to whats called a cieber its basically a room with a bunch of computers and we pay to use then.
transferred?
no... i have 1 more transfer here in capilla which is good because its
BEAUTIFUL HERE BUT its definitely time for a change its starting to get
really old here and these members are drivin me a lil cray.
food?
the members here are pretty good at giving us food but other than that
its eggs, rice or noods, and if i have money a cheap hambergur ( i have
no idea how to spell that haha)
packages? no i have yet to
get them but my comp and i are heading to cordoba this Wednesday and im
hoping 1 of them is in the office! fingers crossed !!!
so
this week was pretty lame to be honest my comp and i were both sick 3
days out of the week so we didnt get much done BUT we had the water of Argentina, a BEAUTIFUL DOG, and service-futbol
so
because its cold the bugs and bacteria THRIVE in the water unfortunately
my comp and i had to learn that one the hard way. we were SICK vomiting
diarrhea cold sweats the whole 9 yards! it SUCKED!! + we had churry pan
like 3 times that week which did not taste good commin out haha and to
top it all off ITS FREEZING HERE!!!! like we are supposed to get snow
tonight! i didnt think that was possible hah needless to say I DID NOT
PACK WELL FOR THIS hahaha !!!!!! my comp and i look like big sumo
wrestlers walking around in our house, it reminds me of seeing dad
walking around the house in his big poofy jacket asking us to turn the
heat up haha what a goober :P
and
we ADOPTED A BIG OL DOG for a week.... hahah we named him scully ramos
and he was a big golden retriever thing idk but it was a blast to have
his in the house but well dogs eat alot...... and he pooped in the house
so we sorta just gave him to some random kids in our neighborhood. it was
really funny we were walking and these kids came up and were like ÿour
dogs so pretty¨so we said ¨yeah he is! you want him?¨ hahaha i bet those
parents were TICKED!!! but it was fun and i know it was super dumb but
really thats the trick to staying sane in the mission. enjoying the
small things :)
so
last saturday we went back to the family rogriguezs house to do more
service/ construction work. so she needed us to take out her front
window and put a new one in. sounds simple enough but gracias to dumb
and dumber WE PUT IT IN UPSIDE DOWN!!!! so we had to pull it and START
FROM THE BEGINING !!!!! we were their from 9 am to 6 pm then at 7 we had
a lession and after we had futbol with members and investigators from
8-10:30. we got to the house that night and just DIED !!! it was so
funny we were still pretty sick and just exhaustid! my comp fell asleep
in the shower i tripped over my own feet and ate it face first in our
bedroom it was just to dang funny!!!
but
the really cool part about the life of a missionary is that WE ARE
ALWAYS DOING SOMETHING!! and were always tired and i know FOR A FACT
that without heavenly fathers help throughout my day i wouldn't be able to
do what i need to do. and i think thats sort of the main thing that heavenly father wants us to take away from the mission. with his help
anything and everything is possible all we have to do is ask and have
faith.
this mission is amazing everyday i wake up and cant believe im here! i love it so much and im so grateful for this opportunity!!
